Still not confirmed though, pending autopies & DNA testing (do we have DNA from these 2 punks, or will they compare it to family members?).

The commanders over there tend to get a bit over-zealous with these announcements, but hopefully they got these two dirt balls.

Me personally, I'm glad they smoked them. Saves us the trouble of guarding them and prosecuting them.

They have DNA from both of them. The old man too.

Local TV news is reporting it is confirmed, but then again it would not be the first time they were wrong. I am just happy they got them. Whether dead or alive I can see pros and cons either way.

No doubt, how many times have something been "confirmed", but later was not true.

This time they said they had some who knew them verify, so it looks like we got those devils.


I, as are we all, am very happy they are dead (if in fact they are). But the death they deserved is far worse than what they did get. Mainly, they will now become the bowel movement of some animals. That IS their damned "paradise".

CNN's confirmed it:

Saddam Hussein's sons Qusay and Uday were killed Tuesday in a firefight with U.S. troops in Mosul, the commander of U.S. ground forces in Iraq said. "We're certain that Uday and Qusay were killed," Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez said in Baghdad. "We've used multiple sources to identify the individuals."

Good props to whoever gave them lead poisoning. I think when Saddam goes down or is confirmed dead a lot of the attacks will stop cause they'll have proof they lost their dickhead leader...
