At first i thought it was the guy that lived around me... i know he does it... ill ask my buddy for the site. He never comes south of 30 and when he did he reconized the house and thinks thats where its done.

I think they do that in the City park in
Hagerstown, Md. during the summer.
I saw a segment on NBC ch.25. (Cable channel 12). Looks like fun.

this summer and checki it out - hagertown is like 45 min away - thought it surprises me that the people's republic of maryland would let people do something that might upset the duckies in the pond ;)

I remember it was funny watching these guy's rolling up thier pant's, fishing out the loosers and draining the water out. If I run across a friend who knows more I'll try to find some info.
As far as the republic goes, I think there's some kind of "Historical battle re-creation" story used for justification :D
