club go'er stereotypes

mr toomuchfun:
by the time you get to the club this guy is falling all over the dance floor. hes bought so many drinks he doesnt have enough money to get a cab home and usually ends up on the street corner puking his guts out, usally dateless

mr imalwaysmad:
usually a guy whos laid back in real life, once at the club scene is disenchanted by the lights and loud music and begins his irritation cycle of those who came with him since he would never goto a club on his own. if irritating his freinds doesnt work mr imalwaysmad will usually pick a fight with one of the regular club go'ers which of course will get you ejected. hes a downer and usually one to avoid taking to a club

the playa:
this guy usually tall dark and handsome goes around buying drinks for any girl worth looking at until he snags a few phone numbers then leaves with the first peice of arse he can get to leave with him their

the wannabe playa:
this guy usually not handsome at all, will attempt to creep up and dance with ANY girl on the dance floor and will usually attach himself to the one that accepts his dancing with her. this is usually goofygirl

the cop:
this usually a very large guy who doesnt seem to have a rythmic bone is his body hangs out with a group of guys and girls who are usually friends, he constantly watching the girls for the approaching playa or wannaba and explains the girls are not for sharing. the cop is the sanctuary of every girl who knows he is their and is plagued by a wannbe playa or uglyguy.

mr imabouncertoo:
this guy usually also very large comes to a club to have fun but usually ends up watching the place for impending fights.
when they do actually break out mr imabouncertoo is usually too late to stop anything

mr uglyguy:
the name mr uglyguy doesnt come from his looks but rather his dimeanor coupled with his looks. girls on the dance floor usually turn away hoping that ugly will catch the drift and leave them alone but this persisant guy will usually pull up a second time hoping for a change of mind that never happens.

ms goofygirl:
this girl usually the least cutest of the girl group will have a giggly personality and is usually quite liberal in her politics. shes always laughing whether the situation is grave or not and will always be known the second she walks into a club. she has a good personality but lacks some of the good looks of her freinds and can usually pull an attitude out of nowhere when someone bothers her. shes usually the most trustworth of her freinds and frequently becomes the target of the wannabe playa. feeling sorry for him she will usually take 1 dance with this poor soul

ms hotstuff:
this girl used to be plain but is now packing more plastic than a life size barbie
she knows shes hot now so shes flaunts it all starving for attention
the usual target of the playa this girl will usually never give out her home phone number
but will almost always ask for yours or give her cell
mr hotstuff is way out reach for nearly any other guy and keeps usual quarters next to the cop
whom she will signal if shes being bothered

ms pretendlezzy:
this girl has a boyfreind but came to the club because her freinds are going
without her soulmate she wants no one to bother her so she will dance with one of her girl friends
usually too indepandant to get help from the cop she will become near sexual with her girl friend
to get guys to believe shes a lesbian, usually this backfires and she gets hit on all the more

ms plainjane
ms plainjane is usually the one that has no boyfriend and really isnt looking for one at a club.
she will accept drinks from strangers only if she can get the drink herself.
while sitting at the bar asking her questions about herself will usually get you nowhere unless u ask about her freinds
then she will erupt in incredible detail about her freinds (enough for uglyguy to stalk them with)
after this she will go from a single question to her life story. bored and sad the male in question will usually leave
except for wannabe playa who will usually pretend to be interested until one of her friends comes to rescue her

ms straightupskank
shes usually avoided by nearly everyone but uglyguy
shes pretty but life has taken its toll on her and you can tell just by looking
hosting an armada of std's shes the doorknob of the club and leaves with anyone with a large enough wallet or muscles
she usually comes alone and sometimes not at all

mr and mrs love
this couple will usually come to a club to have fun with other freinds and have some drinks
when mrs love gets hit on mr love is more than happy to start a fight

I'm a "cop" for better or worse

I rarely go out (agrophobia+ +) but since the majority of my friends are (admitedly) hot women I'll go hang out for a while and make sure they dont do something stupid

I guess I'm also a bit imabouncertoo since I used to be one and every once in a while cracking a skull or two makes for a great stress reliever...I'm not looking for a fight but if anyone messes with me or my friends it's on...which is rather ironic since im usually very quiet and reserved

i guess stereotype is the word cause they are so far removed from reality... these archtypes are a minority.. like all together make up like 25% of the bar goers... i take particular offence to the player cause true players never buy girls drinks, and always go home with who they want, not who they settle for...

ive never seen a "player" make 100 percent of his mark
if a girl doesnt wanna leave with u she wont(unless u wanna add the kidnapper to this list)
it dont matter how smooth you are
so that takes your definition out the window

i'll add some:

mr creepyoldguy: there's always a guy at the club who is too old and dishevelled, no one knows why any bouncer would let the guy in. he has no friends and either drinks by himself at the bar or sometimes tries to dance with any teenage girl he possibly can.

mr aznraver: the kids that bring glowsticks and do their moves, because they think it's a rave, but its not, its just a club.

mr businessman: this is the clean cut guy walkin around in a suit coat with a martini. either he's an agent for models or connected with ownership of the club. vip.

i gotta disagree with your interpretation of the playa mentality. a playa will ask a girl to buy him a drink. you gotta mix it up so much more about a playa i wont even get into.

oh yeh and phjorg, he said CLUB, not bar. there's a big difference between club and bar goers.

True, I've never seen someone make 100% of his mark either, but I know a few friends who can go out and of the top 20 hottest girls in the club get at least a couple numbers. Same thing in the street too, at the mall or whereever, they're just amazing... The term "player" is quite general. and usually implies slimeball... my friends are actually better described as gandlaf_grey's term, the one everyone wants to be. people are just drawn to em cause they are so fun to be around..
