Yep, he put that on them, saw it on Tv. Inside edition showed video of it. They bashed into him but good. Wacko says "he just got caught up in the excitement" when he held his baby over the balcony.

But today he almost did it again. Held another baby close to the balcony railing then quickly went back inside. He "danced" for his fans.

That begs the question asked in the other thread. Why do any humans still like him? :;
