While police declined to charge Anthony for stealing the truck or fleeing from CSB, the truck's owner, Chrysler worker Ralph McCartney of Newton Falls, has been issued a $168 ticket for leaving the spare key inside his truck, according to police.

Only in America! WTF? If I leave a spare key under the mat in the car and a kid steals it, I GET A TICKET??? Oh man, I hope that guy fights that one in court.

On the other hand, driving 80 in a 30 is a little crazy.

I wonder if they are gonna do their backpedaling bull shit and try and blame GTA3 on this. If they do then arrest the parents for letting the kid play it!!
