2002 Chicago Auto Show - pics inside

unfortunately, we got there pretty late so we didn't get to cover all of the show. here's some of what's featured this year:

couple of notes...
- Mini Coopers CAN fit a 6'1" driver with still a little room left over... as seen in 1325
- the gf seemed to think it funny when she locked me in the trunk of an Audi

What was the Mini Cooper like? So far all the stats on it are pretty cool and my wife even likes it. If it's a decent car, I think I've even got her convinced to let me buy the Cooper S.

the BritMobile wasn't too bad. hell.. i was able to fit in the driver's seat of one, and i'm 6'1".
i dunno about how it fits riders in the back. the controls were laid out fairly well overall. where one is used to seeing a speedometer, there's the tach. the speedometer has been placed in the middle of the dash; styling similar to that of the toyota echo. the mini cooper t (or s?) model has a turbo charged 4 that puts out about 170hp. all the while retaining about 30mpg, not bad at all IMO. i'd like to get one just to fark with the rice boys and their civics.

Hell yeah al those cars are phat.. I love lookin at any kind of cars that are all beefed up..
That speed racer car is phat as all hell!!
