go with a MUSTANG my friend!
The Mustang GT is better in my opinion than the Camaro Z28.
Or better yet go with the Mustang Cobra or the Saleen

""People must be just plain blind here, if i wanted a rece car, i'd BUY ONE DAMMIT. The build quality of the camaro is just fine. It will be garage kept and not abused. I don't care about wheel hop since it's NOT A RACE CAR. can't you people see that alot like cars and want to buy one to have it, not for RACING? "
Thats what you said to me on AT? Your comments are kinda odd, cause you asked people what they thought about the car, yet you kinda get mad when i told you how i felt about it (as did others let you know the poor build quality). You really should have specified that you dont care about racing, dont care about build quality, and don't care about overall satisfaction...then we could have made a better judgement. If you dont care for racing and all this crap, why the hell buy a Z28? Is it the looks or something?
If you dont care about Suspension problems, Shakes-rattles-rolls, cheap interior, poor handling, and overall crappy build quality....please purchase the Z28, it's a wonderful car.

I think he just wants the hopped up motor for bragging rights... Save your money buy a Ford lol LL i knew for some reason i kinda liked ya your a Ford man! I had a 1997 F-150 4.6L V-8 Extended cab 4x4 w/ Offroad package... Still wish i had that truck... Nice trucks for sure one of these days i'll have another for now my Customized 72 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 w/ a Pontiac 389 does the trick...

I'd put my truck against that ZZZ28 anyday. I know how well built it is cause i took it from the frame up myself... so i know the craftsmanship on it is of quality... That and i work in a machine shop and rebuilt a lot of stuff out of stronger material.

A wise decision my friend, Im a fellow F body owner (Firebird) and the 02 maros rock, contrary to what fearfox said, stock for stock a z28 will make a stang GT it's b!tch, we are talking about a car here that can nearly run the quarter mile in 12 seconds stock
veryu nice rides man, if you can swing the extra $$$ for an SS take care of her, she'll be worht somethin someday
