A Riddle: What is "it"?

Everyone does it
most do it at night, but some will do it whenever they can
sometimes you do it by yourself, sometimes with others, some will even do it in big groups
Some people take pills to help do it more, while some take some to make them do it less
many do it at the same place all the time, while some will do it anywhere.....even in public
Some people film themselves doing it
If you get caught do it in the wrong places, you could get arrested.
Most people never get enough of it.

I was thinking about doing "it"

where do U get arrested if U sleep? maby im jsut not thinking but nothing is comming to mind.

park for loitering?

yup, sleeping in a park (like homeless people)
as well if you fall asleep driving. (if you survive of course)
(its stretching it a bit, but if you are a robber and fall asleep in the person's home you are robbing......you'd end up getting arrested)
Also, if you feel asleep in a store (example: matress store) and refuse to leave, they would call the cops on you.

I do it with my wife every night.
