PCA Lan?

Hey Duck,,,, I have building that was formally a bar (should have planty of power) with tables, chairs and AC. it is currently rented out as a party house but a good friend of mine is in charge of it and will gladly work something out with me on it. It will hold 175-200 folks without a problem but I would like to investigate the power supply to te building further. It is in a decent size shopping complex so I think the power wont be a prob but am not totally sure.

I'll do some research, and see if we can get sponsored by nVIDIA, ATI, and others, but I'll more than likely need a specific date. Let's hope things work out!

and she's MINE!!! so no copping feels... and I don't think she can be offended.. she hangs around the store w/ Midnight Sin.. Guardian Asher and myself.. and we let it fly all the time..

Okay, update. I've found LAN sponsorship from nVIDIA and ATI, and since Pikachu has hookups to Intel, all we need is to find something out from AMD? Anyone know anything?

I need to know if you are using the PCA LAN name. as it is Mine. Not trying to be a dick/jerk but I need to know as I still have lots of places offering me stuff and I always decline.

Ok I am told that building (Currently leased and available as a party house) will support 75-100 rigs with no issue power wise. The guy running the building is a good friend and master electrician, Problem is he may not have the building for much longer. After that it would cost us a daily fee to rent it out.

I had originally wanted to, ask Greg, have a PCA LAN South this year. But there really wasn't anyplace around here that it could be done cost efficiently. I had thought I "might" be able to get use of one of 18 warehouses that my mother runs, but the time of year it would have to be they'd be in full swing and insurance was another issue.. But we definatly should reserve the PCA LAN name for Zion

Yeah it seems like a name of PCA LAN South would be fitting, but you know what would be really awesum in the next few years?....

The PCA Tour...

One up in Zion, South, West, and east coast in the same year.... lot of work, but could be done.
