When you stop building systems and farking around with them, the pc abusing part fades. I mean what can you tinker with now? I could drop mucho bucks on a radeon, but my ti4200 does everything I want to now.
I only post here and on ski forum. I am happy. We are a family here too, even though we get into little brawls sometime.

Not sure I agree with the hardware scene being dead and all ( NEVER have enough speed !
).It is nice to have regular members that have been here for ages. One of the best features is knowing that you can make hardware deals/trades with people here and never have to sweat the outcome.
Family thing is a nice feature as well, tho I'm afraid I'll have to be content being the redheaded stepchild. :laugh
I was over at bAnand's forum the other day seeking out some info regarding some CPU's and after 5 minutes of browsing one of the forums, I had to get out of there as the total ignorance of some of the posters was literally making me ill.
All they do is argue and put each other down to the point where it seems their whole life is centered around being perceived as one of the "cool" members of AT forums ( Super-Diamond-Platinum-Member.........OMG, gimme a break!! ). I would have posted there, but I'm banned.
I do really miss the totally chaotic AGN buy/sell forum tho. It was like the 'net's version of the stock market on a rally day. Had to be there to understand.
