Sorry 'bout that Dirk, dunno how I screwed that up, musta just been a natural reaction... ;)

WeekendWarrior, yeah that link was old and just to show that it was probably going to be #1 selling of all time but I remember reading that it did eventually become #1 beating The Matrix.

I really thought Gladiator was too slow. I wouldn't buy it on dvd because I don't think it has that much replayability. It could have been much better if it was shorter or faster moving between the battle scenes.
I liked Braveheart alot better.

Hey Sam,

I directed some of the security for the movie Pearl Harbor and some of my buddies are in it as well. Should be a great movie, I got to see a computerized animation of the initial scenes. Very very nice indeed :)

Main movie I am looking out for this year is Lord of the Rings. Beyond that, nothing in particulare, but I am game for most movies. For the record, I agree with Tunis on the Matrix/Tiger issue. Matrix blew it away.......conditionally.

The condition being this: Crouching Tiger had better fight scenes than Matrix WHEN THE ACTUALLY FOUGHT! There was waaaaaay too much of that flying bullsh_t for my tastes. Frickin 20 foot leaps between buildings is just too much for me. Oh yeah, and running straight up 30' walls too. Gimme a break. Due to the overabundance of wirefu, I give the nod to The Matrix, simply because it was far more believable.
