tried to no success...i can only get .05 at the lowest and it's 2:30 am...my reflexes will be better when I am awake

eh, that was luck
A trick you can do is hold down the button and just let go when you see the colour change. instead of waiting, then clicking. It's sorta cheating, but I still couldn't get less than .16 That crap was hard for me, heh.

How do you save your screen to a picture file, I have it at 0 seconds but I don't know how to take a snapshot.

press "PrintScreen" and go to MS-Paint and click "paste" or if you just want the little dialogue box (which is all you really need) hit "ALT+PrintScreen" and go to MS-Paint and click "paste"
