Right, they want the "womans dream" role of still being able to have and raise children but NO man in the formula as apparently men are bad people to them. Makes no real sense to me nor do I feel that society should accept that totally selfish reasoning IMO.
What happens when their adopted or artificially insemenated male child someday becomes one of those bad men, one of the type that they can't live with as a spouce?

Say what you will, but there is no "learned experience" as far as homosexuality is concerned in my book (personal observations of gay friends both male & female). To put it crudely, a naked person of the same sex going down on you either turns you on or repulses you from the get go. That "desire" is hardwired.
Yes there ARE cases of people who have been exposed to forced homosexual conduct who then adopt a gay or bisexual preference afterwards (men who have spent time in prison for instance), or women who were raped and don't feel comfortable with men afterwards but prefer women, but that's another issue involving psychological trauma.

Some gay people are obsessed with their sexuality, and some aren't. Some straight people are obsessed with their sexuality and some aren't.
I'm sure we all know some guy from work or school who considered himself Joe Macho, God's gift to women and ALWAYS dressed and acted the part. We also all know women who parade their sexuality wearing very revealing outfits, even at work. Some people don't parade their sexuality.
Gay people are like that too. Some of them you'd never know they're gay unless you knew them well, some throw it in your face. People are all different.
I used to be a stagehand, then a sound engineer (live and studio). For a while I worked for a company that supplied technical props for Miami Vice (tape recorders and video gear whenever they needed working props for surveilance equipment). Living in Miami and in that line of work you deal with a lot of people who are gay - some openly so. Some VERY openly so.
I had a lot of gay clients and been to a lot of south beach parties - especially in the Miami Vice days.
Yeah, the first time I went to a party where 50% of the room was openly gay and gay couples were openly kissing (or groping) it was rather disconcerting (well okay, the GUYS were disconcerting - I admit it was often rather exciting watching women making out).
But after the initial shock, you realize that the gay couples at these parties aren't doing anything that the straight couples aren't doing. It's just that I wasn't used to seeing openly gay affection. There were straight guys groping women and that was okay, but a guy groping a guy was a shock.
For several years I was the sound engineer for Lord and Taylor fashion shows in south Florida. Had to deal with a gay producer by the name of Marvin. The guy never had ANYTHING nice to say about any other gays working under him who were (in his words) "flaming queens", although Marvin himself was - as they say - a 3 dollar bill himself.
I felt very uncomfortable working with him initially because I'd never worked closely with anyone who was gay in my entire life (this is around 1982 and I was 22), His openly gay lifestyle made me uncomfortable. After working together 4 years though I can honestly say he was one of the nicest (and funniest) people I've ever worked with in a business that's usually reknown for people of shallow and petty minds. I considered him a friend. I didn't want to know what he did in his bedroom, but that wasn't any of my business.
Maybe all this "new" gayness everyone is complaining about doesn't bother me much because I got over it a long time ago. In the early 80's seing someone acting openly gay, or gay couples necking in South Beach was hardly shocking. Sit at a table in any cafe on the beach and you'd see that all the time.
I can understand if homosexuality makes you feel uncomfortable. I have the same problem and haven't totally come to terms with it myself. However we're all adults.
Keep in mind there was a time in this country when a black man would be lynched for walking down the street hand in hand with a white woman. Some people found that uncomfortable.
Just looking asian during WWII would get you beaten up in some places in this country.
People had the crap beaten out of them in the 60s for growing long hair.
I hope we've learned some tolerance since then.
My 2 cents and I'm done...

I thought it was Shamu.
rosies just pissed cause no real man would want to sleep with her fat ass... so she had to become a carpet muncher to get some affection...
Eggzactly. No human male was interested in it.
I never believed homo's were for real till I went to the west coast. I thought it was some bad joke and just a way to make fun of another by calling them a homo. Didn't seem logical for males to really want that. :; I mean, mini skirts, bikini's, sweet smiles, and they still desire a hairly ass.

I don't have a problem with queers doing their thing in the privacy of their home, but now they are out of the closet and want to share the Vaseline.
The biggest issue is with young kids. Having 2 people of the same sex in a marriage with kids is simply not emotional or physiological beneficial to the kids. It's an abomination, usually caused by some unknown environmental factor in early childhood or poor parenting. Most of the homosexuals have chosen this lifestyle, and are not born with it. I'm sure some very small part of the population is "gay", but it seems to me that most individuals choose this lifestyle because they are more comfortable with the same sex, and therefore, become homosexual in the process, usually in the teenage years after puberty.

I agree, It's an abomination. So they are out of the whatever it's called, and now they want everyone to look at them. Be gay, be proud. Gay rights for this, gay rights for that. geesus, enough already! Disney recognizes a gay couple as a regular hetero couple and gives them insurance as a family/couple. Gee, that sure sends a fine message. BS like that is approving of the gay lifestyle and that's encouraging others to turn gay, when they might otherwise not have.
So now they want special rights, special cruises, special parades, special dildo's, etc..
Already minorities, foreigners and gays have more rights for them than actual Americans. In the not too distant future, we'll be the minority. At least then we'll get some rights back.
/don't mind me, just ranting. :lol
