Credit card fraud

If you've used your debit card for the purchase, depending on which bank you deal with, you only have something around 45-60 days to notify them of the unathorized charges. After that period, it's not guaranteed you'll be reimbursed.

yea, debit cards Suck with that stuff. which is retarded cause they have the Visa logo/mastercard junk. and they say its as secure. Utter BS. thats why I dont use my debit card for anythign but getting case from the case station.

On the website some of the videos are listed as "Monthly Program - Credit Card orders only" and some are not.

I would be freaking too.

If it was subscription based an you just missed it...I'm afraid you're shit outta luck.

Next time either download what you want (best way not to get jerked around lol) or buy it with a money order or a credit card backed 100% on fraud charges. I don't trust CC's so I work with money orders only... If they don't get it (or they do an try to blow you off) all you do is head down and get your money back. Easy, no? They can't charge to a money order and you have the ablity to get the cash back if something happens.

*you'll have to add a buck or two too whatever you intend to buy since having that money back safty net does cost..

actually i didnt order it myself so i dont know if it was
my son gave me the cash and ordered it with my card for a friend of his,
and i didnt even know what he ordered
never again.....

So your son used your card to order porno for his friend?

Give us an update as to what the bank is able to do for you. I'm interested in knowing the outcome to this.
