Pop vs. Soda Debate Rages On

I'm in northern PA and everyone here calls it Pop. When I went to college one of my new roomates drank my Dew. I yell out who drank my pop and they all just looked at me like WTF.

They were all from PA too but from the southern part of the state.

Most people call it Coke here in Alabama.As far as brands go I prefer Mountain Dew or Pepsi.

I don't know what areas of PA you guys are talking about but in the Philadelphia area its soda, if you ask for pop someone might be likely to punch you.
