My brother had one of those guns that shoot the plastic pellets pretty hard. Not hard enough to penetrate the siding of the house but hard enough to put holes in the nest. It's cooler outside tonight than last so we went out and shot the nest. Not one bee came out of it. After shooting it up with little pellet holes I shot it with the spray. Somehow I don't think that is going to be good enough though. I don't have the ambition to really go at it tonight. I'll check and see what is happening with the nest tomorrow. I think if it is cool out tomorrow night that will be the time for the real assault.

Maybe I could attach a battery pack to a black label delta fan and chuck it up at the nest, that should chew it up! :) If you have ever seen one of those fans in action you'll know what I mean.

Mrs Poop says that they don't like Gasoline fumes. So shoot some gas on it and that should scare them off. You don't necessarily have to light it on fire for the gas to work.

I think shooting it full of tiny holes and squirting it did the trick. I haven't seen any come or go since then. I'll have to keep an eye on it the next few days to make sure. Definitly some interesting ideas were given here as how to deal with it. :)

Before you get too carried away, are they bothering anyone or getting inside your house? If not, you might be better off just waiting until winter when they'll either die or hybernate. Just a thought.
