New one. Installed that neat utility that makes your desktop icons transparent (ala XP) and using a wallpaper from that VERY cool site Wraithlord posted a link for. Thanks Wraith!! I LOVE space artwork like that.

I grew up reading Analog magazine and fell in love with Sci-Fi cover art.

Can you direct me to that program?

Is it Windows Blinds? Cause I think I did it once...

It's not WindowBlinds. It's a VERY small background app that makes your desktop icon text background transparent.

Get it here: http://people.ne.mediaone.net/jguerette/transparent/

I just used the transparentw.exe included with it which makes the icon text white. Just put it in your Startup folder.

Hehe... I did the SAME thing with that wallpaper SMB - flipped it horizontally to put the black on the left under the icons :)

Original res is 1280x1024, but I scaled it to 800x640 to make it more PCA-friendly. I just rebooted, so the only app open is The GIMP.
