When did they start banning more napster users?

I just got banned for having some rage songs on my computer. I havent used napster in a couple of days so when did they start banning people for copyrighted stuff?

I didn't hear anything about it, I haven't signed on in a bit but I have some ratm stuff on my drive and ironically enough I have the cds and if I got banned for that I would throw a rod.

Napster's still up? My mp3 collection got too big so I stopped the download frenzy. That was about a month ago.

yep still up, I just got email the other day that my.mp3.com was back online again too, I thought they had gotten nailed by a lawsuit that stopped them from distributing mp3s of cds you bought but I guess not, maybe they are safe cause it wouldn't connect for me, haha, hey if it won't work it's can't be illegal can it

I thought I read that the Service from mp3.com would now cost 49.99 a month.
