Greg and Blade,

Is Blade going to be attending the party ? Also Blade, I'd promised you some goodies, with your permission I think I'd like to donate say $50 in paypal to the cause of the PCA lan party instead because that way *all* of my donation can be put to good use instead of going to shipping costs.

What do you think ?

blade is pritty sick right now. talked 2 him a little this morning and he was not feelign good at all..started a few days ago. it is your choice on the donation things. but if you want to wait for blades concent by all means...Why not just buy say 3 tshirts? that way you get something and the party gets a liddle funding that way. :)

why doesnt Bonk boy want to go?

Any east coast people going to this party ? I'd love to go but the cost of airfare roundtrip from Boston, plus having to haul my rig and monitor would be real pricey for just two days.

If any east coasters ar going I'd be willing to pay for gas and other expenses if my rig and I can hitch a ride... we patriots gotta go put those mid-western folk in check :)

why not shop around first:

http://www.bestfares.com/
http://www.cheap-airfare.com/
http://www.delta.com/
http://www.expedia.com/
http://www.hotwire.com/
http://www.travelocity.com/

there are others but I know these are pritty good...and you can pick when and where.

I would not mind the early morning pickup but the early morning departure would be Brutal :)

LOL Greg, I spent last weekend boobytrapping my wallet. ;)

We'll be up at the party bright and early Saturday morning. We'll actually be in Chicago friday evening, but I'm splurging for a hotel on account it's my birthday and we'll be drinking some frosties in celebration at a few of Chi-town's finest watering holes. Prolly make a few catcalls to some chickies, and all around just wreaking havoc Detroit style.

baffled,

That's better yet. :) Or as Greg suggested just get some T-Shirts instead. So yeah, of course that's cool with me.

Not sure yet if I can make it but it'd be nice to meet everyone.

Just a little info that may help.
There is a shuttle bus (United Limo) that runs 11 times daily (7am to 11pm) from Ohare to the Holiday Inn, in Gurnee (Grand and Tollway). That is only a few miles rom the party location. I do not know the cost but it is not crazy. I'm thinking $10 maybe????
Here is the # for United Limo for more details. 1-800-833-5555
