we would like to have completed registration forms in our possession ASAP so we can plan for food and stuff. if you plan on drinking, please be sure to check the appropriate area in the registration form. you'll need $5 and valid ID.

<B>EVERYONE MUST SIGN A WAIVER!!!</B> we'll have some on-hand at the event in case you forget yours. if you're under 18, you MUST have parental consent to join in gain admittance. we will call your parent/guardian to verify their consent. this sounds silly but we're dead serious. Greg's dad is kind enough to let us use his place so we have to be civil about these things.

Good luck with the party guys. I'd love to be there, but I think I'd have a hard time explaining a trip to the Chicago area (much less a LAN party trip) on my Dad's B-Day. Besides, my wife and other family members really just don't get the whole online forum community thing anyway. They're like "So you just get online, talk to people, and send 'em expensive computer parts even though you don't know 'em?" (ME) Yeah... (THEM) "You're nuts. Isn't that how people get sucked into scams?" (ME) No, you don't understand. It's kind of like a community. You build up a reputation and sense of trust and (THEM...interrupting) "You're still nuts." Anyway, if it wasn't for that I'd be there, but it'd be a hefty drive (I'm just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis in S. Illinois.) Good luck!
