Chat with newegg....

Post by Lmandrake »

Chat InformationPlease wait while we connect you to a Newegg representative.
Chat InformationThank you for contacting Newegg. My name is Dicie. How may I assist you today?
Dicie: Hi! Thanks for contacting us. How can I help you today?
Otto ******** I am trying to print a label for an RMA. After I log in, and try to access the label, I find myself at the RMA page for a Ms. Elana *****. I am not happy and she wouldn't be either. At least you don't sell sex toys, but I now know her last RMA was a WD hard drive.
Otto *******: Besides I just want to print the label. Which I can't seem to do.
Otto *******: Oops. now I am Welcome, Bradly A *****
Dicie: I will email you the shipping label after our conversation to your login email address.
Otto *******: This is not good. I should not be directed to other people's RMA status pages.
Dicie: We are sorry for this. This might be caused by some contemporary system errors.

Wow, that is just messed up. Sounds like a database error, might have to talk to someone who cares to get it take care of instead of India

Right. If it were "post modern" we'd be SOL.
