omg HP!!!

Post by fearfox »

Again not sure if done purposely but every freaking time i get my laptop from repair something else goes wrong. Just like idiots they are i told them i wanted documentation of what parts where replaced, they told me they replaced the cpu, mobo, hd, none came in box. Now my cd rom wont read any cds nor dvds. It ticks me off i should sell it to hp since its been in there possesion more time than in my hands. Every time hp sents me laptop back they test it and they say everything is okay but when i get it upon opening box some hardware goes wrong.

IF you get that thing working right, you need to sell it off. It's a lemon.

Get a Dell and get pay for the 2 or 3 year on-site warranty. It's worth it.

Not good news. My HP has been locking up while folding for more than a few hours. Everything else has been running fine but I would hate to have to go through what you have so far.

I can't agree more: Stay away from HP/Compuke

I bought one of those HP's back in January outta the Hot deals forum...Had it about 2 weeks & the damn keyboard went outta it..When I got it back it went to ebay and i ended up getting my money back + some :D

Since then I've bought a Dell 8200 and haven't had any problems whatsover.
