I need to upload my avatar, but there is no option in the CP.

Blade needs to make some adjustments (for instance the thread format is different), but being Thanksgiving it will likely be later in the week.

Is it working now? I tried working on some settings and repairing some things.

If you still can't upload then send your avatars to me and I'll upload them. Till I can find a better solution or find what's exactly wrong.

It's weird that some show ok and some not.

Blade, still no upload option, but the ones that are working may have been in the backup from older members. Some of the avatars must have been in the backup. Koo Koo Mouse has his Fuzzy Logic Avatar coming from another site. Those probably would still work. Maybe? I think you have to go to admin panel and set to allow User Avatar Uploads.
Also noticed there is no option in profile to set custom signature.

Looks like the option to set user avatars is no longer there. Nowhere I have yet to find anyway. Tried uploading and using koo koo's avatar and now it won't show. Sorry Koo Koo, redo it the way you did before and it'll be back. You can use

Till I get all this fixed and figured out. Saving some things doesn't appear to be working. Not sure how to change the thread style back either. This is bs

Blade, you may have to download the User Avatar mod from vBulletin. I think I had to do that when I ran PhpBB for one of my old forums. It might be the same for VB.

Blade, I checked out vBulletins website demo and all the user and admin panel options seem to be there. Although it is a vBulletin® Version 3.6.8 demo instead of vBulletin® Version 3.6.1 that PCA is using. Maybe you got a bad install or something.

I get failures if I try to upload or if I type in a web location.

Looks like it's an issue with vbb saving the avatar file.
