I am still awaiting a 20 gb HDD from him after sending payment around november 17 2002... he sent me an email saying "i cant read you writing" and that he wanted my address...i sent it to him, and had no reply...he said he would ship the day he after he got my money order, and it would be overnight. I did not receive it overnight, and I didn’t receive it until 3 weeks later, in the middle of december. i finally received it and it was broken, because of improper packaging....plz be aware of him...this is the addy and name that he gave me to send the MO to...Luckily, there is still a warranty on it, and i can RMA it to the company...he took me for 30 bux, and now i have to spend another 20 to send it back to samsung

I have someone to report I dealt with on a another web site. I traded some items he had for sale for some items I had. He never sent his end of the bargain. When I questioned him he gave reasons for not sending and also told me items I sent were trashed. I believed him, it was possible, so I sent a money order cause I still wanted items he had to sell. Well need less to say he never send items. I reported him to the forum moderator. He is now the first troll listed at the site. But in case he shows up here his name is James Fulkerson, Jr. His ISP email is JFulk773@aol.com.

He also uses thecopenhagencowboy@msn.com and several yahoo web address.

You should have had him send the stuff back to you so you could verify that it was in fact trashed. Did you check to see if this guy had any heatware also? Given what you said if it was me i would have never sent that guy a MO for the stuff situation sounded bad as it was.

He isn't disabled and he isn't a veteran. I found out from his girlfriend that he is as healthy as a horse, just extremely obese. He told me he had luekemia and was in a wheelchair. Can you do me a favor and PM Tolemac on this? Oh by the way, he has been pretending to be a PC tech on motherboard.org. His girlfriend(and gee I hope his x by now) told me he isnt a tech, his friend is the real tech, and Jim was always emailing him for answers. According to her everything he fixed, needed refixing by his friend.

Yeah, I know, there are quite a few things I wished I would have done. I did ask him to return the RW and video card. He was supposed to mail them along with the items I bought. I have learned my lesson. Of course that is the problem with these people they are so believable. They don't call them con "artists" for nothing.

I cannot get to the BST-Secure forums because I'm not a member and their registration is currently closed. I have been trying to get in there for several weeks to look at this situation, and have had no response from the staff at BST-Secure or CDROM-Guide.
I have been a member of the CDROM Guide forums under this username since last July. If you can contact the admin there to help me out with this, and get me access, it would be greatly appreciated.
