First of all Futjistu drives are JUNK (my opinion, but ask around - there's a reason why they're so cheap and have the shortest warranty period in the business). Hehe... "camper" skins were no problem for me (and to be truthful THAT is not a camper skin. Camper skins were BLACK with very little else in them). I'd go through them regularly and just replaced them with a neon skin I made with a big bullseye on it - serves them right.

The software CAN'T be a PPPOE dialer - it's a router not a modem. PPPOE should be self contained. I have to assume the software is just a managenent program to control, setup & monitor the router. The only Cisco router I've ever used was an ISDN and it also had a monitor & control program. I...

I've literally installed TweakUI on dozens of systems.

You installing it properly? You need to right click on the TweakUI INF file and select "Install"

Make sure you download the latest version.

The Cisco is a combo modem & router correct? The Cisco probably will be the better router.

I'd disable DHCP on the Linksys and just use it as a Wireless access point only. It's also a LOT easier to setup the network if the Cisco is acting as the DHCP server.
