a program called dvd catalyst 4 could be of use to you Ego. it converts anything to just about anything

i use a big water 700 i think thermaltake made it. its much quieter that any air cooler ive had. had it for 5 years and still going, just have to add fluid sometimes. i get the non conductive pc ice coolant. 1 quart ($11.00) lasts me 2 years. it was designed for a am1 i think but is so close to fit ...

its not usb its esata. also spinrite doesnt seem to work with hp 2000 notebooks, at least not this one. it says something about the drive being turned off but it is not. i can hear it spinning, and wont select the drive for operations.

i have a laptop hdd which i suspect has issues because the laptop wont boot fully and nothing will open. i took it out and put it in my hdd dock on a comp with win 7 ultimate 64. the thing is that it says it has errors when i turn it on i skipped the fixing but it cant read it. also i ran crystaldis...

well no errors on spinrite or memtestx86, im pretty baffled at this point. maybe steam support will have an idea i havent tried but i doubt it.

the hdd is an ssd spinrite isnt good for it i read here i think. ill run memtest all night but i dont think it will find anything. bsods seem to always reference memory. it hasnt done it before or since messing with steam. anyway ive pretty much given up. too much work for a 3.00 game.

still no joy snd it gave me a bsod thats never happened before. it said error in some memory location. i ran memtest x86 but no errors were found.
