It's pretty trivial to download the DB and do a test convert/import on a locally setup phpbb and see how well it transfers. I used XAMPP for my trials and always worked pretty well.
I see teh XAMPP site has ready made PHPBB installers, so even easier.

If it matters, PHPBB is dead simple to setup and run. Lots of user created addons too to make QOL better with silly missing feature sets and the like.

GA has shit incentives for Solar :(

I do have some trees that would probably need to come out for ideal conditions, but I wouldnt mind anyways since they shade my veg garden too much anyway, but with virtually no incentives, I dont wanna eat the 18K right now.

Valve Controller

Anybody have one? I saw it's on discount when you buy the new Xcom, and since I will likely buy that game, was wondering if there are any opinions on it being worth it or not.

While the price is more than I would want to spend, if the hardware is as good as they claim, I understand it. The main reason I am not buying one right now is that Gen1 is always such a gamble. Almost every product I have purchased that was Gen1 was a turd, or flopped. Same with the Vive. While I w...

I have that old beastly Z800 that just needs drives, and since the 4TB's are cheap, it's a simple thing to try out anyways. I like the containers a lot. Since the wife has gotten used to the Roku, I dont need the HTPC anymore, and the other comp is more powerful, has a bigger case, and makes less no...

Thats the thing I liked. I know I can :p :p :p :p with Linux for a couple weeks and get the same result, but this seems neatly packaged and pretty straightforward.

Unraid

So, just saw the video from LinusTechTips about the 7 gamers, 1 CPU video, and it seems unraid has come a long way since the last time I looked at it. Does anybody run V6 of it? I am probably going to pick up some drives and toss them into the old Z800 and try it out, but it looks like I could setup...

Technically, each pass uses a random value after the initial 0 pass. Increase the number for more security on the wipe. I think the flag got added around XP days? something like that if I recall.

* It was Vista that added it. Oh well, close enough.
