I'm probably going to get the HP 1020, I can get it for $159cad, and seems to be a pretty good printer.
I wouldn't mind an older HP, but my dad would want a slightly faster first-page-out time.

One more question: What does the battery backup on the RAID card do? Does it store power for the RAID card's cache incase the power goes out completely?
