Old....

Hey, Is it a Pentium 66mhz? or a 486?? Either way, you may actually have to get a Bios Overlay to get it to read the bigger drive. Or at least I know that was the solution for my dad's old computer it was a 386SX upgraded to a 386DX 40 lol.. So you'll just have to find an overlay that can support th...

If unplugging them makes it go away check your properties in the Volume Control Panel and adjust the levels to try and get rid of it. I had that problem with mine and that's how I got rid of i...

So The Concensus is......

That windows me, while good for novice users, is not a good thing for persons who know a little bit more about computers? For instance someone who is going to do a lot of burning CD's downloading and gaming or photo editing probably wouldn't want to use ME? You have all been a great help. I always f...

OC XP2600...

I read an article in the Nov. issue of MaxPC that reviewed the new processors. And if memory serves me correctly, they said that there wasn't much room to overclock. Don't remember the exact reason, but when I find the issue, I'll post more. eGo

Saturn, that sounds pretty complicated.. But I think it would be a cool design if it could be done with glass tubing like a Mad scientists lab? lol.. Anyways.. Cool.....

So, from what I've seen, and the prices, I'm just going to stick with EIDE.. I'm not an impatient person so I don't think the difference in time is gonna matter all that much to me. Was just curious if we were talking Major differences in speed or just minor. Thanx for all of your help guys!! eGo..

Die Revisions..

I read in the Nov. issue of MaxPC that there is a marking either on the box or the die (don't remember and have misplaced the issue) to tell you what revision of the chip you have. SO if you can find the Nov. issue you can find out.. :B eGo

Where you see the character up close, and can angle around him on a 360 radius and see all coming from around.. But who knows. There probably won't be a D3.. what is ...
