I don't know if it's just because mine is an OEM version, but my FULL install of 98SE will NOT do an upgrade. I have to use the upgrade version of 98SE I have. But yes, assuming you have a version of SE that allows you to do upgrades at all, you can upgrade 98 to 98SE and I would recommend it. I wou...

Walmart has a VERY good price on those monitors. FRANKLY I would NOT accept ANY bad pixels on a brand new flat screen monitor. It's NEW for God's sake. Walmart has a liberal return policy so no problem. If you get another bad monitor the second time then I'd suggest getting your money back and forge...

What OS? If it's Win2K, NT or XP you SHOULD NOT be using DirectCD - it'll cause all kinds of problems, and potentially trash your OS installation. Easy CD Creator itself is fine, just don't install Direct CD. As far as I know it's okay to use it in Win9x/Me although some people have had problems wit...

Read Clancy if you want to know what we can do. Also a NY Times journalist wrote an excellent book on the subject 10 years ago. We do have spy satelites that can (under the right conditions) read a license plate number off a car. The government accidently leaked some photos during the 60's and 70's ...

That's not the whole point there. There was a time when the press understood there was a line. Also there was a time when the president had the RESPECT of the press. Except for this tragedy, when was the last time you can remember a president getting time on NETWORKS during the prime time slots for ...

I felt the same way at first, but you get used to it. Because of the ducking, rolling and diving you really need to play in 3rd person. Bullet time isn't very much fun in 1st person - I tried. I can't remember where I found the 1st person mod, but I posted it on my server here: http://soldcentralfl....
