oh... sorry bout that... it's the Asus a7v (not 133)... i'm using the latest bios revision 1008

but i hear that if you disable that, you have to reinstall all your hardware (i mean everything)

Let me first tell you i really appreciate your help with this. I've removed all old video card stuff, actually this was the first card for this computer. I'm not overclocking. As far as the bios goes, i've updated to the latest flash bios and i cant find any of those options you said, except for AGP...

If you run the uninstall and want to get rid of every file you can, call creative... they will tell u how

Think about it this way, it has a lifetime guarantee and if their drivers are crap u can use nVidia's reference drivers.

Hey guys, I'm running windows 2000, and for some reason my 3d games lock up on me. My friends say it's an overheating problem. I've got a tbird 900 (non overclocked) and i'm using the default heatsink - fan that came with my system along with that sticker that came with it (the heat transfer thing)....

Dang man, how did you get such a low temperature? I'm running a tbird 900 and it's running at 120 F when it's only in WINDOWS! any advice on what fans to buy?
