running windows 98 celerron 366 96 megs of ram rage pro 2 4 meg thats about all i know . all i know i need a better video card

What opperating system are you running. I would suggest running win2k with that much ram

well i think it would be a good idea to run it at the 17 volts if you have a loud game goin ( like you always do). but otherwise, i wouldnt use it that fast
