I'm currently reading Dennis E. Taylor's (author of the Bobbiverse) book Roadkill. Like all his books, it's just a lot of fun and an easy read. Book doesn't waste time. First chapter a guy in a delivery van hits an invisible alien crossing the road.

Hmm. I don't think so. Unsupported hardware has no effect on whether you get updates. But I have seen these manual cumulative updates fail on new installs. I think there's some prerequisite update you need. I haven't had a chance to try it myself but I will sometime this week, on both unsupported ha...
