Reinstall WIN XP on SATA Drive
I am going to break down and do a fresh install on Win XP. I have the BIOS set to boot off of CD. Windows starts the installation process, then says it can't find a hard drive. In the BIOS it recognizes the all Hard Drives. The Hard drive is a SATA Western Dig. 74GB Raptor. I'm sure it is something ...

Yes. I'm not one to let something like this get the best of me. I am trying to narrow things down. Both IPODs work, but none when attached USB. All USB's do work with every USB device I use on the PC. I feel like backing up everything and re-installing the whole computer. Alot of work if it doesn't ...

I have two IPODS, One 4th Gen., and One 5th Gen. The Fourt Gen. IPOD isn't recognized by USB, but when I plug it via FireWire (1394) it works perfectly. 5th gen. IPODS are not fortunate enough to be recognized by Firewire (1394), thus I am out of luck until I find a way for my computer to recognize ...

I went on NVidia's site and it said this about NForce 4 Driver. I do have SP2 with all updates though. This would definately explain what is going on though. I can I tell if USB 2.0 isn't really USB 2.0? I do have it enabled in the BIOS and it is set USB 2.0 enabled and fullspeed or highspeed. IPODS...

So, I guess you are saying I am at square one? This is driving me nuts. I put the IPOD in disk mode, out of disk mode, restarts, re-installs, etc. It plays great, doesn't lock-up, plays video, but it is not recognized by my computer. Not in Device Manager, not in admin tools nothing. No noise when I...

Recommended Voltages?
I have an AMD Athlon X Dual 4200+ With an ASUS AN832-SLI MOBO In the BIOS is says I am running the CPU 1.4V What kind of voltage can I bump up to still keeping the system stable? Also, my Jumperfree Config for PCIE Freq. is 100. Can I change this for a performance gain? In addition, the PCI Latency ...

Thanks alot. I ordered the Linksys Router (54GL), and the Linksys PCI Adapter from Newegg. I just cancelled the order and re-ordered the Linksys USB 2.0 adapter. I did however get the speed boost one. It had a $10 rebate and ended up being only a few dollars more. It will be nice to have my laptop f...
