RIP - i haven't posted in years and i thought i would drop by today.

every week i check in at least.

i look a look at my memory dumps, looks like i'm having a dreaded IRQ not less or equal error... guess i will be removing drivers until i figure something out.

i was hoping that was it... but a quick scan turns up nothing.

I'm at a loss for ideas. I have a Windows XP machine, running AMD 2800+ that happens to crash randomly while surfing the net. I can't pinpoint the reason for instability.

It's an old Toshiba Satellite 1S57 I believe. I keep it plugged into a power adapter, but it loses the connection periodically and goes to battery and then dies. When it's plugged in, I can see it go from power plug to battery (without touching anything!). I've tried a new power cord. I've tried ope...
