I have a 200 gig wd sata hdd, but the drive is not shpwing up in My Computer. I have installed all of the drive but it still does not show up, any clue on what i should do.

For some reason the fan on my shuttle which runs on an athlon 64 3400 stopped working, i've tried changing the fan settings in the bios and ive also switched fan connectors on the mobo but it still does not work. any suggestions on a solution to my problem would be greatly appreciated thanx oh yea n...
