I did all that. He finally started moving once I threatened him with a lawyer and called his local PD.

He got me too. Goes under the name CELLTECHNIK on Ebay. He had 20 auctions going when i won my PDA. Now all have been closed and he is selling nothing. He's trying to pull the plug and run. What can I do? I need a phone number..
