I got the PC version over the 360....and I cannot believe I signed up here almost 9 years ago...and still remembered my password.

Yeah, I'd really like to hear from some people who have played this. I was going to go ahead and just buy some of the planes, but though I would find out a little more about the game first.

The auto bounties are to encourage PvP. It is a random event. Remember that while you are safer in the inn, it is possible for someone to bribe thier way into your room.
