I have a desktop and laptop wirelessly using the internet.

Can I configure then to share a printer and see each others hard drives ?

Yes I Have tried a different cable. I have the modem connected to the modem port in the router,the router connected to the computer all by ethernet cable. The belkin installation disk goes right up to the end and cannot find the modem.The ethernet light will not come on on the modem or the router.Bu...

Sorry but its me again !!

Ok My mate has a cable modem and I am trying to use a belkin router. It is an NTL cable modem and I cannot get the damn think to work with the ethernet cable. This is a xmas present so any swift replies would be appreciated. No ethernet light witht the modem connected by ethernet cable Help !!!! Reg...

As stated by myself in another thread.

It was just a asimple value adjustment in the router configuration.

I simply altered the MTU value to 1400 and hey presto all fixed.

To solve the problem
Set the MTU reading to 1400 in the WAN setup
Works a treat

Not true unfortunately

If you have a router/modem you do not need to run AOL.a simple click on the browser and you are online

Just tried upgrading to Firefox 1.5 Beta and that hasnt cured it

Ah well

Perhaps the AOL browser will have to do for the sites not accesible by firefox

No IE will not access the site either.

I can access Ebay through AOL browser but the Login takes for ever

Funnily enough

I can access Canadas Ebay but not the .co.uk or .com site

Another of my woes !!!

Since installing a wireless network,Firefox will not access certain sites at all.

Ebay,AOL and many others just will not load at all

Any ideas ?

Another strange one I know but that seems to be just my luck

Thanks for all the replies I now have the desktop on the wireless network and it is working a treat. However Connecting the laptop is proving more tricky It is a wireless ready laptop and I have configured it as I thought would work. It is showing that it is connected in the wireless network dialogu...
