You can tell how old I am: I saw that at a drive-in theater back in '77 - well, I saw most of it.

Ha, ha I saw the Jerry Reed film "Hotstuff" (I think that's what it was called) on a plane trip, must have been 1979/80. I was so sad when his blue Firebird Formula was blown up. :(

What racing games, arcade & console, would you say were the great games prior to Gran Turismo? Pole Position and Bump N' Jump are pretty legendary. :D http://www.atariage.com/7800/screenshots/s_PolePosition_1.png http://www.atariage.com/7800/screenshots/s_PolePosition_2.png Bump N' Jump http://w...

Fun, but impractical, most of those cars had really tiny trunks, even with a space saver...

The 1973 shape is pretty good looking. I think it's worth less in collector value than the earlier years so it's a real bargain. :cool :

A 1973 Mach 1 351 was the star in the original 1974 Gone in 60 Seconds movie. Last of the original 1964-73 Mustangs. :cool :

The Dodge Demon of the early 70s, which had a funny cartoon devil decal with pitchfork. :D And the comparatively saintly Mustang Stallion package. ;) http://files.conceptcarz.com/img/Dodge/71_Dodge_Demon_DV_05_Cleveland_01.jpg http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/timeline/74-78/76/1976Stallion.jpg

The original 2 seater AMX was somewhere between being a pony car like the Mustang, Camaro and in some ways competed with the 2 seater Corvette. http://www.musclecarnationals.com/gallery/amx/68amx121.jpg The 1970-81 Camaro's & Firebirds had that swoopy, racy styling. :cool : http://www.nastyz28.c...

Anyone here have a classic car they admire from the old days? I have always liked the Boss Mustang, and there was that cool Shelby Mustang in Gone in 60 Seconds. :cool :
