okay the small circle is only about 1mm in diameter. It's just a dark circle on the surface of the heat sink. VERY small. No amount of scrubbing with isopropyl alcohol would get it off. It seems like it's taking way too much force to get the fan wire clip over the screw holes on the vantec tornado 92mmx92mmx38mm. The bottom of the fan clip hits the bottom part of the fan and tends to push the fan off center as you engage the points of the fan clip into the holes. Should this be hap...
