They don't list one for that model???

I just purchased a used router like this on ebay. There is no manual or cd with it, so all I have is the router, cables, and ac adapter. I need the info in the manual to know how to set it up, or at least the answers to what it will ask me for when I try to set it up. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Bill
