At this point I'll just settle for having the i_want_my_mug account fixed. I just want the duplicate eval removed. I haven't ever used the Drewpy account, so I see no need to start doing so now.

I mis-typed my email in there, so I was unable to receive the activation email.

My correct heatware is http://heatware.com/eval.php?id=16924

It was suggested that I post my problem here since I am unable to get through to support@heatware.com Back in October I received a duplicate evaluation for a trade I made. I have attempted on several occasions (several times a month since October) to email support@heatware.com to resolve this matter...
