First time on MSI KT3 ultra. Swapped case and will not boot. Does anyone know if I should get beeps from spkr if boot fails, or is other equipment required to troubleshoot?

Overture Case
I am trying to put a MSI Kt3 Ultra mobo in this case , and the **** ps main cable to MB connector is too short. The power connector on this MB is top left, where most all are? Got any ideas.
