I need some help, my hard drive is constantly running and i can't remember how to stop it. I had done it once before but i can't remember if it had to with the indexing service or the swap file.

Porblem solved. As I mentioned earlier I reapplied the Arctic Silver III according to the instructions on their website, this has solved my problem.
