Is there is significant difference between these two cards? I mean pipeline wise and that sort of thing. I ask because my 9800XT burnt up (litterally, lol) and I RMA'd it, and today a new x800 Pro arrived in it's place :-D. I had a feeling that was going to happen, as the 9800XTs aren't made anymore...

I am currently using Netscape. The pop ups open IE themselves. I have already disabled all that stuff listed, ran Spy Bot S&D, Adaware, and even NAV thinking it was a virus of some type. I keep getting random massive pop ups telling me to log into passport. I have disabled messenger, windows messenger, and msn messenger, and I still get this crap. It is most annoying when trying to play a game and it makes the game minimize and I get anywhere from 1 to 9 of these friggin' windows. N...

Should have mentioned, I used the windows version, which the site says is slow.
My partition disappeared after an clean install. As soon as this program started up it tagged that drive by the name I had it set to. First run through is pretty quick. The second takes forever.

I have used this on my 160Gb disk, took like 4 days but I got everything back.
I forget how to use it though, do a google search for "testdisk" there is a page that explains what to do.
