Still running W7 but it is finally time to upgrade. Haven't been able to play TF2 since the halloween update. I think Im going to keep that W7 computer whole and build something from scratch and make the dive into Linux.

Re: replacement struts sticker shock - yesterday

Struts and shocks normally don't cause tire wear. Ball joints and bushings and tierods will cause that. I guess if the top rubber bussing on the strut is worn out it can cause some minor alignment issue.

Re: So after leaving my phone's flashlight on for hours...

There has to be a app for that. Why its not built in is beyond me.

I never use my phone for a flashlight as I wear carpenter jeans all the time and keep a Nitecore mh12 flashlight in my leg pocket and just use it.

Ever hear of PLEX? I have seen people running it on a PI. You can have your own media server too.

This was feature in the Found Footage Festival some time ago. Still Great. Still curious how they did the scene at :45. That looks like some real kill you machinery.

I am a "gamer" (TF2) and I am thinking of making a new computer and running linux. With all the shit I have done with 4 locations of Home Assistant I feel like doing the initial install wont be so bad.

Re: possible tv problem ?

Is it only on certain channels as well... if so its then engineers at the networks not knowing how to broadcast 4:3 in 16:9. If you only see it on TV stations and never on any other input its not your TV.
