Well if you do happen to find someone with the US version, u are going to have to pay a lot of money for it. I have seen them go on ebay from 150 to 350 US dollars. Thats a lot of money. THe jap version is easy to use.

I believe that is in japanese or howerver u spell it. If it is, that means its an import and u will need a mod chip or something to play it. There is a cd out called psxchange that might work with this game. I will see if I can find it for u somewhere.

I don't believe windows 2000 is like xp. A cd key can be used more than once. Someone should be able to sell a key they have used, as long as they don't use it anymore.
