Yo pimp daddy, That is a driver issue & i would normally say grab the latest drivers for the V3 and ensure you have 1.48 miniGL installed. PS: You could also try the WickedGL, FP would probably be the one to give you the lowdown on this, i'm not sure which way is better MiniGL 1.48 or WickedGL.....

While it's possible, it depends very much on the quality of your PC100.
Personally i would opt for PC133 and negate any headaches i may come across with the PC100 if the sticks are not up to scratch..
