This dumb legislation will do nothing to fix the real issue.... The value of the Dollar!!!!! Stats show that the price of oil is up 236pct since the beginning of the iraq war.... If you count it in dollars..... Counted in euros, the price is up only 73pct. Still not great, but a hell of a lot better...

Did anyone watch the republican debate from Florida tonight on msnbc? At one point They asked Romney about How he would fix Social security. Would he do the same thing as Regan did.... Then you heard someone whisper "raise taxes" And Romney said that he would not raise taxes.... What a fak...

Looks like the retroactive immunity for the telcoms is one step closer to reality!!
Scares the hell out of me..... What they did was illegal, so lets change the law to let them off....

One thing the american govt is good at is pissing money away.

I do the same thing.... All of my pcs at work are MY pcs. Have the receipts for all the components just in case.

During the summer I average around 350 a month. That is two 6k btu ac units, one 8kbtu unit, and a big 18k btu unit upstairs. My bill says I use 53kwh last month, and it was 350 and change. Have been trying to cut back usage. Turning off pcs etc.... Last year for the same period, I used 15%more elec...

The only thing missing with that "rug" is a chin strap.
